Whitehall Easter Service.
All are welcome

Good afternoon everyone.

As members of the CIG Advisory Board, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the Easter Service which we are planning for 1st April at 12.45 in Westminster Chapel here in London.  This service is especially exciting given the prominence, in words from God, that was given to Easter in our deliberations at the last Advisory Board, at the Steering Group awayday in January, and in wider discussions since then.

The service is entitled 'An Easter Celebration - The Power of the Cross'.  The service will build on last year's Christmas carol service, and include a number of traditional hymns, together with more modern celebration and reflective songs.  Debbie Sahadeo (who sung Hosanna at the carol service) will be leading a number of songs; there will be backing singers, the Whitehall choirs, a modern band and a small orchestra.  The Easter story will be told in readings, and a speaker (still to be confirmed) will give a brief address.  We believe that this will be a powerful service, and are trusting that God will be with us as we worship Him and celebrate the Easter events.  Please down load a copy of the poster to advertise this event.

If you can make it, we would love to see you there.  Although we are distributing tickets, mainly as a means of engaging others and actively making invitations, it will not be necessary to have a ticket to get in.

Do reply to me if you are able to come, or indeed if you would like some tickets to invite others,.

God bless you in all you do.

In Him,
Trevor Payne
CIG Steering Group
