Notes to editors:
Prison Fellowship England and Wales aims to mobilise and enable volunteers from the Christian community through prayer, practical action and values-based programmes, to restore all those affected by crime. Volunteers from all Christian denominations are based in local Prison Fellowship groups who pray for their local prison, and support the prison chaplains in their work. Trained volunteers and staff members also run specialised programmes such as the ‘Sycamore Tree’ restorative justice course. Prison Fellowship aims to show the love of Christ by offering its services to all who request them, regardless of their beliefs.

Great news and may God help you Natalie. I'd like to let you know about the resources of Connect4Life for inmates to look at issues of identity, value and purpose. Contemporary stuff to help them consider making a connection and so discover also find a sense of security, happiness and motivation. Good precursor events too for Alpha and FIC. See www.connect4life.org.uk for details/samplers and if you want to be in touch, there's a link there. Best wishes, Olaf
