Diversity & Equality
Diversity schemes in companies offer all faith groups including Christianity great opportunities to set-up recognised workplace groups with approval of management. This often enables them to access the company intranet space, publications and brochures, newsletters and poster boards.
The Welsh Assembly Christian Network is an example of a workplace group receiving formal recognition. Click here to down load a report and click here to listen to an interview about their network. How and whether you can set-up a diversity group depends very much on the culture of your organisation. TWUK have a lot of experience in this field, and can help you out if you're interested.
We organised a House of Commons meeting, hosted by Alistair Burt MP, on The Benefits of Diversity and the contributions of Christian Workplace Groups.
